The game of the mind-elevating intellectuals. "Chess"

(I use Google Translate because my knowledge of English is very limited. Point out any errors. Thank you.)

Although chess is a very familiar sport to us, today we will talk about an unknown aspect of it.

Although many people do not think about mental health, mental health has a great impact on our daily activities. Someone who has experience says that when there is a problem in the heart, we cannot do any of our work properly.

So if we want to do our job well, we have to learn to face problems well. Some people become very depressed at the slightest problem. They may also develop conditions such as stress, anxiety, or insanity. To protect ourselves from such situations, we need to maintain good mental health. That means we need to train our minds on how to find the right solution to problems quickly. But it is not as easy as it sounds.

Just think how hard it was to add two small numbers when you were a kid. How difficult it is to learn a new math method in school. But after a while we got used to making them quickly. Now you can say 5 + 5 at once. That's how we need to train our minds with problems. How do you do that?

There are several ways we can keep our minds healthy. Among them, meditation is one of the best methods of Buddhist teaching. It teaches us to keep our minds focused. But a person who is not always in a Buddhist environment has very little experience and teaching about this meditation. Music therapy is another great way to improve the mind. It was so successful that it even cured some physical ailments, according to medical records.

But for those with a very restless mind, none of these methods may work. Some even take medication for mental illness. But there is a question as to how successful they are. They also have side effects. The game of chess is the best exercise to free the mind of someone who can do none of these things.

At first glance, chess may seem like a simple board game, but it's very complex. But there are simpler and easier ways to get into this complex world. There is very little basic knowledge to be learned. The average person can learn it in 3-4 hours. Beyond that is the exercise that frees your mind.

I know very well that this method is very successful. Because I teach chess to little kids. The children who learned chess showed amazing differences. I taught chess for a few years in elementary school. When the students of that school sat for the Year 5 Scholarship Examination, they saw an amazing result. The vast majority of children who pass that test are chess learners. Also, in a few years I got the same result.

So if you have a mental illness, there is a chance that no matter what medication you use, it will not work. Try chess. Also, if you have frequent forgetfulness or math problems, learn the game of chess. Also, chess is a mental sport that is a great exercise to keep the minds of the disabled healthy. Thank you.
